Welcome to Rizz Rituals ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at rizzritual.com(the "Site"), including any purchases, products, or attraction care services offered.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Site.

2. Shopify Storefront & Accounts

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

When you create an account, activate a customer portal, or place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Attraction Care & Product Guarantee

Rizz Rituals produces premium formulations designed to boost curl volume, definition, and user confidence. While we curate formulations based on elite cosmetic science and active botanical ingredients, "Rizz" or individual social confidence outcomes are subjective and vary per individual.

We do not guarantee specific social or romantic outcomes. Our products are cosmetic formulations intended for external hair and scalp care only.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or run attraction bundles and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Because Rizz Rituals products are premium personal care formulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for sanitary reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team at rizzritualssupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, graphics, logo, slogans, and branding (including the phrase "Attraction Care") are and will remain the exclusive property of Rizz Rituals. Any unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or modification of our design elements, branding, or assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
